Privacy Policy

Operator note: insert a privacy contact email where indicated, and have counsel confirm the GDPR/CCPA sections match your actual data practices before publishing.
The Short Version
We collect as little as possible. Membership and community run through Patreon and Discord, who handle most of your personal data under their own policies. We use basic, privacy-respecting analytics, we do not sell or rent your personal information, and you can ask us to access or delete your data at any time.
This Privacy Policy explains how Generational Wealth Holdings Corp. and its operators (“Generational Wealth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with the website at gwhlds.com and our related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy. This Policy is part of, and incorporates, our Terms of Service.

1Information We Collect
Information you provide
If you contact us, participate in the community, or submit information, we may receive your name or username, email address, the content of your messages, and anything else you choose to share.
Information from membership platforms
When you join through Patreon and connect Discord, those platforms share limited account information we need to grant and manage access — such as your username, user ID, membership tier, and membership status. Payment card details are handled by Patreon and its processors; we do not collect or store your full payment card information.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider and analytics may automatically collect technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, and timestamps, for security, performance, and analytics purposes.
2How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services and community;
- To grant and manage your membership and Discord access;
- To respond to your inquiries and provide support;
- To send service or administrative communications, and (with consent where required) updates;
- To monitor for, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security issues, and violations of our Terms; and
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the bases of: performance of a contract (to provide the Services you request); legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve the Services, balanced against your rights); consent (for example, certain cookies or marketing, which you may withdraw at any time); and legal obligation (to comply with applicable law).
4How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g., Patreon, Discord, website hosting, and analytics), under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing obligations;
- Legal and safety purposes — where required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person or the Company;
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy; and
- With your direction or consent.
5Third-Party Platforms
Our membership, payments, and community are operated through Patreon and Discord, which collect and process your information under their own privacy policies, over which we have no control. We encourage you to review the Patreon and Discord privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
6Cookies & Analytics
The Site may use essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand usage and improve performance. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality. We honor recognized opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) where required by law. Third-party platforms we link to may set their own cookies.
7Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to provide the Services, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements, after which we delete or anonymize it. Much of your membership and community data is retained by Patreon and Discord under their own retention practices.
8Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
9International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including the United States, which may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.
10Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:
EEA / UK (GDPR)
- Access, correct, update, or delete your personal data;
- Restrict or object to processing, and request data portability;
- Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing); and
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA) and similar U.S. laws
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose;
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information;
- Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — note we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined; and
- Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights.
To exercise any right, contact us using the details below; we may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also manage much of your data directly within your Patreon and Discord accounts.
11Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended only for adults 18 and older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12Changes to This Policy & Contact
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent version, and continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
